Jayne joined Baird in 1999 after spending eight years working for J.C. Bradford and Morgan Keegan. Her knowledge of the industry and commitment to client service play a key role in the success of the Hawley, Clemens, Marshall, Schmidt Group. She is a 1986 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor of science in marketing and economics.
Jayne lives in Owensboro with her husband, Michael, and their three children. Together they have participated on several not-for-profit boards and activities within the community.
